3BC is about more than just passively watching movies; we want to have an effect on them - especially as relates to Black and other "ethnic" filmmakers. We want to shine the 3BC Spotlight on "minority" filmmakers, especially the Independents who are out there "bustin' they butts" to get their message out to an increasingly mind...uh, altered...audience. If you are a Independent or up-and-coming filmmaker who wants to have your voice heard by an audience that's trying to hear ya, if you want to hip us to someone that is, or if you just want to offer a guest review of The Next Spike Lee or The Next John Singleton, let us know via the new "Spotlight On..." Feedback Form. One caveat: critiques written by 3BC reviewers are, and will continue to be, unbiased, pull-no-punches, calls-it-as-we-sees-it, reviews. No favoritism from these Chicks, y'dig? |
